A tree covered in wishes and more than 200 Asian street food options are coming to England Brothers Park in Pinellas Park. Lucky Cat Fest takes over the park November 14–15, 2026, bringing food, shopping, performances and games together for a two-day celebration inspired by Maneki-neko, Japan's beckoning cat of good fortune.
The festival runs from noon to 10 p.m. both days. Visitors can make an afternoon of the food and marketplace or stay into the evening for entertainment. Families, groups of friends and food lovers are the focus, with free admission for children under 10 and free parking.
Street food, shopping and performances
The food lineup spans street food, sweets, drinks and regional flavors from across Asia. The festival website lists more than 200 food options, with food and retail vendors throughout the event. Between meals, visitors can browse the marketplace and catch music, dance and cultural performances across both days.
Food is one part of a broader festival built around the lucky cat theme. The Lucky Wish Tree invites visitors to write a wish and tie it to the branches, and the festival sets up photo opportunities throughout the park. Each ticket includes a Wish Tree card and an inflatable Lucky Cat headband.
Games and good fortune
The announced activities include a Lucky Cat Scavenger Hunt and a Squid Game Challenge, alongside photo opportunities and festival giveaways. The combination gives visitors several ways to take part beyond shopping and eating, from adding a wish to the tree to joining the games.
Standard admission or the VIP Golden Cat Pass
The Lucky Cat Pass starts at $10 for Early Bird admission, with a $15 regular rate. It includes festival entry, access to food and retail vendors, live entertainment, a Wish Tree card and an inflatable headband.
The VIP Golden Cat Pass starts at $35 Early Bird, with a $40 regular rate listed on the website. It adds a collectible Lucky Cat, a tote bag, VIP seating near the stage and VIP check-in, along with the headband, Wish Tree card and festival access. Early Bird availability is limited; confirm the current price when booking.
Bringing the family, including the cat
Children under 10 get in free, and cats are welcome too. Any cat attending must remain on a leash or inside a secure carrier. The cat-friendly policy adds another way to join the theme, whether visitors come with a pet or simply want a photo with the giant festival mascot.
Lucky Cat Fest takes place November 14–15 at England Brothers Park, 5010 81st Ave. N., Pinellas Park, from noon to 10 p.m. both days. Find updates at luckycatfest.com and tickets on the festival's Eventbrite page.
