Water Street Tampa is developing a new mixed-use building at the corner of Cumberland Avenue and Water Street in downtown Tampa.
Designed by Gensler, the 13-story development will include 38,000 square feet of retail space and 675 parking spaces. North of the building, a one-acre park will provide additional green space for the area.
According to Gensler, the development will address critical infrastructure needs in the neighborhood while enhancing engagement and the overall experience in the area.
The parking garage will be designed to blend into the surrounding area, with green elements helping it integrate with the adjacent park.
Water Street Tampa expects the building to be completed in 2028.
