Steve Lacy brings his Oh Yeah? Tour to Yuengling Center on Wednesday, October 28, at 8 p.m. — his first headline run in four years. Tickets are on sale now.
The tour is named after Oh Yeah?, Lacy's third studio album, released July 17 on RCA Records. Self-produced across ten tracks, the record features SZA, Erykah Badu, and Cecile Believe. One of its songs plays over the closing credits of the newest Spider-Man film — a placement that gave the record a broad mainstream footprint ahead of the touring cycle.
The four-year gap since Lacy's last headline run makes the Oh Yeah? Tour his first return to that format behind the new material. The Yuengling Center booking is one stop on the broader tour routing.
October 28 is the Tampa Bay area's entry point into the run. For those who have tracked Lacy through his prior records, the show is the first opportunity to hear the new material performed in a full headline production setting.
