Scream-A-Geddon opens its 2026 season on Saturday, Aug. 29 at its 60-acre park at 27839 Saint Joe Rd in Dade City, running select nights through Nov. 1. The marquee change for the year isn't on the scare trails — the park poured $2.5 million into rebuilding its midway, now operating under the name Bonzo's Bizarre.

The redesigned midway adds paved walkways, covered pavilions, four new food trucks, fire pits for s'mores, and an upgraded beer garden. The project, per the park's Instagram, is a structural overhaul of the space guests move through between attractions — a capital investment in the non-scare experience that the park is positioning as a draw in its own right alongside the haunted-attraction circuit.

The 2026 lineup includes six named attractions: Killgore's 3D Circus, Ravenhill Asylum, Demon's Revenge, The Bloodwater Bayou, Breach, and Zombie Paintball Assault. The Instagram announcement confirmed the full six-attraction slate without detailing changes to individual experiences.

Dade City sits in Pasco County, roughly 35 miles northeast of downtown Tampa. Full ticket pricing and the complete select-night schedule were not released in the announcement. The season runs Aug. 29 through Nov. 1.
