The menu is built around what Pure Green describes as whole-ingredient items. According to the operator's Instagram, Pure Green supplies its products to more than 100 professional and collegiate sports teams and to the U.S. military — a performance-nutrition credential that runs through the brand's pitch across its juice, bowl, and toast lineup.
The Market at UTC is part of what the operator describes as a growing corridor in the broader UTC area. The new shop marks Pure Green's entry into this stretch of the Bradenton-area market.
