Arcana, a metaphysical services and retail shop co-owned by psychic Lindsay Caskey and rapper Caskey, opened June 14 at 1303 49th St. S in Gulfport, occupying a space previously used as an art studio.
The shop operates on a practitioner-collective model: the floor carries crystals, tarot decks, and ritual candles, while resident specialists — independent psychics, an astrologer, a reiki practitioner, and an aura photographer — offer services within the same address. That range of disciplines under one roof is unusual for a municipality of Gulfport's size.
The 49th Street South address puts Arcana within Gulfport's arts-adjacent commercial district, a corridor built around galleries, studios, and independent retailers that has long attracted category-bending operators with limited foothold elsewhere in Pinellas County. A former art studio is a credible prior tenant for the block, and the transition to a metaphysical collective maps cleanly onto the neighborhood's existing character.
The source — an Instagram post via Tampa Bay Certified — does not elaborate on either owner's prior business ventures, the lease structure, or the shop's square footage.
Arcana was open as of mid-June. Whether the practitioner roster expands beyond its current lineup — and whether the shop adds classes or recurring workshop programming — will determine whether the concept functions primarily as a retail destination or takes root as an ongoing gathering point for the region's metaphysical community.
