HOTWORX Tampa North Hyde Park announced its presale of memberships ahead of its opening this fall. Owners Brittany and Marti Burrows are offering founding-member rates, starting at $39 a month with $5 enrollment, until October 24th, ahead of an opening planned this fall located in the ground floor retail at Jade at North Hyde Park Apartments. This studio is built to work around your schedule 24/7. More workout, less time.

A workout on the member's schedule

HOTWORX Tampa-North Hyde Park offers members unlimited 24-hour access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts. Members achieve their fitness goals with 3D Training, the powerful combination of heat, infrared energy and exercise.

Through the use of innovative technology, a variety of infrared sauna workouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. A HOTWORX certified virtual instructor will guide you through each 15-minute HIIT and 30-minute Isometric session, while motivating you to EARN THE BURN. There are 12 workouts in all, and the owners say the studio's saunas run 416 sessions per day. Each sauna holds up to three members at a time.

Isometric 30-minute workouts include: Hot Iso, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Warrior, Hot Core, Hot Buns, Hot Bands, Hot Barre None. High intensity interval training 15-minute workouts include Hot Cycle, Hot Thunder and Hot Blast.

Outside the saunas, the Functional Exercise FX Zone provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A "silent trainer" video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.

Inside Jade at North Hyde Park

The studio will occupy Suite 2 at 608 N Willow Ave, inside Jade at North Hyde Park, near Willow Avenue and Cass Street. It sits half a mile from the University of Tampa and a mile and a half from Tampa General Hospital, and members will have reserved parking in the Jade at North Hyde Park apartments garage.

The owners describe the members they have in mind as busy professionals and students who live or work nearby and want flexibility rather than a fixed schedule. Once the doors open, the studio will be staffed Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with member access around the clock.

The founding-member pre-sale

The pre-sale is open! Founding members choose between two plans: Sweat Basic, beginning at $39 a month, covers 24-hour access to the HOTWORX Tampa-North Hyde Park studio, and Sweat Elite, at $79 a month, covers every HOTWORX studio along with HOTWORX On the Go, DietTRAX and TrainingTRAX. Taxes and fees are extra, enrollment is $5 during the pre-sale, and the founding rates are for first-time HOTWORX members. The studio's checkout describes the founding rates as available for a limited time, with limited spots.
