Fray’s Donut House is opening a new location in South Pasadena, replacing a former Dunkin’ Donuts building.
Midnight Donuts Inc. filed a document with the Florida Department of State on Sept. 14, 2026, and the company’s status remains active.
Fray’s Donut House plans to open the new location in January 2027, according to Hoodline. Baker Serey Siev said he decided to open the location after becoming bored during retirement. Siev has a history in the donut-baking industry, and the new location will be the fourth Fray’s Donut House location in Pinellas County.
The property has a market value of $910,000, according to the Pinellas County Property Appraiser. St. Pete Rising reported that the new owner purchased the property last month for $925,000.
The South Pasadena location will serve more than 30 types of donuts, along with breakfast sandwiches, pastries and coffee.
Fray’s Donut House is known for its made-to-order donuts, including its signature apple fritters.
The company was founded in 2000, and each location is independently operated.
