Fox relocated to St. Pete in 2019 and spent years working at coffee shops around the city before deciding to build her own. The vehicle she chose is a kei truck — a compact Japanese-market format — with the truck bed converted into a working coffee bar built around an Izzo espresso machine. Fox has framed the concept as a deliberate break from chain cafes, per the Instagram post.
The menu covers espresso drinks, matcha, chai, homemade lemonade, and specialty lattes made with housemade syrups. The scale fits the format: the truck bed is the kitchen, the counter, and the full footprint of the operation.
