Dutch Bros is planning its first St. Pete location at 1050 58th St. N., in a 986-square-foot building on the southwest side of Tyrone Gardens — the 1957 shopping center on Tyrone Boulevard anchored by Winn-Dixie, Chuck E. Cheese, and Crunch Fitness. The chain has not announced an opening date.
The new drive-thru pad takes the footprint of a 25,041-square-foot building demolished earlier this year — a site consolidation that reflects how drive-thru coffee concepts are occupying former big-box land without reusing its scale.
The Tyrone Gardens location would be the second Dutch Bros in Pinellas County. The chain's first Pinellas location opened in late 2025 on East Bay Drive in Largo; a third has been proposed in Seminole.
The menu would include the Golden Eagle — a breve with vanilla and caramel — and the Shark Attack, a blue raspberry, coconut, and lime energy freeze with a pomegranate float.
Tyrone Gardens has anchored the retail base on St. Pete's west side since 1957. The Dutch Bros proposal is the latest development in the center's pad-site inventory; a permitting and construction timeline has not been publicly disclosed.
