Drink LX, the mobile coffee cart that Natalie and Andrey Matsuk launched in 2024, is trading the pop-up circuit for a permanent downtown St. Pete address. The couple plans to open the brand's first storefront this fall, built around a 21-foot bar inside a black-and-gold room shared with a wellness studio.
The 24K Gold Latte — the signature item that defined the cart format — carries over to the storefront menu. The operators say additional items are forthcoming but have not released a full lineup ahead of the opening.
The Matsuks trace the concept to a Dubai honeymoon, where gold-infused coffee is a standard café category rather than a specialty upsell. The storefront's design reflects that reference directly: the black-and-gold interior and the gold-latte flagship read as a deliberate import of that tradition rather than a local novelty play.
Drink LX launched the mobile cart in 2024 and built its audience through pop-up appearances before committing to a fixed lease. The specific downtown address has not been made public, and the identity of the wellness studio sharing the footprint has not been announced.
The 21-foot bar is the room's defining investment — a scale that signals a full hospitality program rather than a counter conversion of a cart concept. A fall 2026 opening window has been stated by the operators; a confirmed date is expected closer to launch.
