Pura Vida Miami is expanding to Water Street Tampa more than a decade after opening its first cafe in Miami Beach. The all-day cafe and lifestyle brand will open Sept. 10, bringing its Miami-based hospitality and wellness-focused concept to the Tampa Bay region.
Located in downtown Tampa, the new Pura Vida Miami will span more than 3,400 square feet of indoor and outdoor seating. The space will invite guests to gather, work and unwind throughout the day, surrounded by custom millwork and greenery.
“Pura Vida Miami will bring a unique experience and energy to Water Street Tampa that is a huge complement to the neighborhood,” said Josh Taube, CEO of Strategic Property Partners. “We welcome their first location to Tampa Bay and are excited for them to quickly become part of the routines of residents, workers and visitors alike.”
The cafe is centered around thoughtful preparation and high-quality sourcing. Its menu is prepared without seed oils and focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients, whole grains and premium proteins.
Menu items include signature avocado toast, pasture-raised egg dishes, chef-driven salads, high-protein plates, wraps, bowls, artisanal coffee, matcha, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, acai bowls and more.
To celebrate its fall opening, Pura Vida Miami will introduce several new seasonal menu items, including Steak and Eggs, a Breakfast Burrito, Fennel Pistachio Salad and a Pumpkin Spice Cloud drink.
