St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is celebrating 20 years with Allegiant Airlines with more nonstop destinations and giveaways.
In 2006, Allegiant launched service at PIE with 12 nonstop routes. In October 2026, the airport said the airline will grow to 66 nonstop destinations.
New services include flights to Philadelphia, Pa., and Columbia, Miss., along with seasonal service to Boston, Mass.
To assist with the airport’s growth, PIE Airport Director Mark Sprague said the airport’s infrastructure will continue to expand, including a new parking garage that is expected to begin construction in early 2027.
Allegiant and PIE will celebrate the anniversary on Nov. 16, but travelers can enter a giveaway for a chance to win travel vouchers and other prizes.
There will be 20 travel voucher winners. One grand-prize winner will receive round-trip airfare for four, $1,000 in travel vouchers, a two-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach, a 3 Daughters Brewing experience and a $75 Andy’s Custard gift card.
The other 19 winners will receive a $175 travel voucher.
Travelers can enter online for a chance to win. The deadline to enter is Oct. 22.
