Quintal Brasil opened in July at 6119 Park Blvd. in Pinellas Park, bringing a Brazilian pizza rodízio to the corridor. Owners Ray and Kaline Barreto built the concept around continuous tableside service: servers circulate pies to each table in rotation, and the meal runs until the diner signals they are finished — the same structural logic as a churrascaria, applied to pizza.

The kitchen differentiates at the dough. Rather than vegetable oil, the Barretos use beef tallow in the crust, which the operator says yields a richer flavor and a crisper base. Gluten-free crust is also available. The topping rotation runs well past the American standard: on the savory side, the pies carry hearts of palm, cured beef, and Catupiry cheese. The dessert end of the rotation includes guava paste and cheese and banana with cinnamon, both grounded in Brazilian pizza tradition.

Quintal Brasil is the Barretos' third concept in the same plaza. Boteco Bossa Nova, their Brazilian tavern, opened at 6119 Park Blvd. in June 2025. Wildlife Açaí & Café is also in the complex. Together, the three storefronts establish a Brazilian hospitality cluster on this stretch of Park Boulevard — a footprint the Barretos have been assembling for more than a year.

The rodízio format places a specific operational demand on the kitchen: rather than responding to individual table orders, the operation must sustain a continuous output of pies across varied toppings and styles throughout service. The beef-tallow crust and the dessert-pie sequence are what separate Quintal Brasil's version of the format from a standard all-you-can-eat pizza operation. Running that format alongside two other active concepts in the same plaza is the operational bet the July opening puts to the test.

Quintal Brasil is open at 6119 Park Blvd. in Pinellas Park. With the third concept in place, the Barretos now hold a tavern, a café, and a specialty sit-down pizza operation under one plaza roof. How each of the three formats builds its own audience on this stretch of Park Boulevard is what to watch next.
