The Pendry Residences Tampa has topped out at 38 stories overlooking the Tampa Riverwalk, marking a major construction milestone for the luxury mixed-use development.
The project will feature a full-service hotel with 218 guest rooms and 190 condominiums for residents.
The development will also include restaurants, a cafe, along with a residential lobby, lounge, rooftop pool, spa, fitness center and three dining concepts.
“Reaching the topping off of Pendry Tampa brings us one step closer to opening our doors and introducing the Pendry brand to Florida for the first time,” said Michael Fuerstman, co-founder of Pendry Hotels & Resorts in a press release. “With its exceptional Riverwalk setting, we look forward to creating a destination that celebrates Tampa’s energy and character while delivering the thoughtful design, intuitive service, and vibrant guest experience that define Pendry.”
Condominiums will range from one to three bedrooms and 1,379 to 3,956 square feet, with prices starting at $1.7 million. According to the developer, more than 80% of the units are under contract, representing more than $400 million in sales.
“This milestone reflects the tremendous collaboration between our partners, architects and construction teams,” said Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads Development in a press release. “Pendry Tampa marks an important expansion of our portfolio into the Tampa market and a new standard for luxury living along the Riverwalk. We’re proud to see the project reshaping Tampa’s skyline and becoming part of the city’s continued growth.”
The project is being developed by Pendry Hotels & Resorts and Two Roads Development. The tower is expected to be completed in 2027.
