Meat Master Burger, a 650-square-foot counter-service concept at 6770 Stirling Road, is targeting a mid-to-late August opening, according to the operator's Instagram.
The sourcing arrangement is the most direct differentiator: all beef for the burger shop runs through Meat Master, Dadon's butchery next door, keeping the supply chain in-house and the kosher certification intact across both operations. Per the same Instagram post, the menu will cover seven to eight half-pound burger varieties made exclusively with American beef, alongside fries and classic sides. The format is counter-service and takeout-focused — a practical match for a 650-square-foot footprint that doesn't accommodate a conventional dining floor.
Positioning a certified-kosher burger counter with a butcher-controlled beef supply on Stirling Road is a calculated move. The corridor runs through a part of Hollywood with an established Orthodox Jewish community, and the combination of half-pound patties, in-house sourcing, and kosher certification targets that customer base directly rather than broadly.
