Caviar Club is entering Fort Lauderdale with a private membership dining concept that pairs a luxury American steakhouse with concierge-style service and members-only programming. The operator announced the concept on Instagram this week; a specific address and opening date have not yet been made public.
Per the announcement, members would receive priority reservations, personalized perks, and access to curated wine and spirits experiences alongside networking events. The framing positions Caviar Club as a venue where the dining program and the membership infrastructure are co-equal products — not a restaurant with a loyalty add-on.
The culinary program is led by Executive Chef Jeremy Loya. The membership experience is overseen by Lindsay Shapiro, whom the operator describes as a luxury hospitality veteran. Neither the ownership group nor Loya's and Shapiro's prior roles were named in the announcement.
The operator directed its Instagram audience to comment "NEWS" for additional details, indicating a fuller announcement — covering location, membership tiers, and pricing — is forthcoming. Until then, the concept's Fort Lauderdale address and opening timeline remain unconfirmed.
