Butcher Avraham "Avi" Dadon is opening a burger counter next to his Hollywood butchery. Meat Master Burger — a 650-square-foot, counter-service concept at 6770 Stirling Road — is targeting a mid-to-late August opening with a menu of half-pound kosher burgers made exclusively with American beef.

The concept is a direct extension of Dadon's existing operation. Per the operator's Instagram, every burger at Meat Master Burger will be sourced through Meat Master, the butchery next door, giving Dadon end-to-end control over the beef his counter serves. That supply chain integration — from butchery to counter in the same building — is unusual in the fast-casual burger format, and here it is built into the storefront's physical adjacency rather than contracted at arm's length.

The menu, as announced via Instagram, will span seven to eight burger varieties, all at the half-pound mark, with fries and classic sides rounding out the counter. The kosher designation narrows the kitchen's scope: American beef only, sourced through Meat Master's supply chain, with a takeout-focused counter-service setup that keeps the 650-square-foot room operating efficiently without table-service overhead.

At that footprint, Meat Master Burger is built to be lean. The Stirling Road storefront sits directly adjacent to the Meat Master butchery — the same operation that will supply its beef — meaning Dadon is, in effect, extending an existing protein business into a prepared-food concept without adding a new supply relationship.

Dadon has not publicly announced lease terms, design credits, or additional menu details beyond the Instagram disclosure. The mid-to-late August window puts the opening roughly two to four weeks out as of this writing.

Whether the counter-service format proves scalable beyond this single Stirling Road location will depend on how the first months perform. For now, the model is straightforward: a butcher using his own butchery as the supply source, the proof of concept, and the next-door neighbor.
