Taste the Gables, Coral Gables' annual restaurant month, is back for July 2026 with more than 75 participating venues offering prix fixe menus, chef-driven specials, and limited-time programs across the city's dining district.
The event draws operators from across the city's restaurant inventory. Among the named participants, per the event's Instagram, are Luca Osteria, Eating House, Bouchon Bistro, Cebada Rooftop, and JohnMartin's — five spots that reflect Coral Gables' range of formats, from Italian and French bistro rooms to a rooftop program and a neighborhood pub anchor.
Restaurant month programs are built to lower friction for new guests: a prix fixe framework puts a defined price point on experiences that might otherwise feel like a commitment. In a market like Coral Gables — a standalone municipality with a dense concentration of independent operators along Miracle Mile and its surrounding blocks — the format functions as a coordinated push to move covers during what is historically the quieter stretch of the South Florida dining calendar.
With more than 75 restaurants confirmed for the current cycle, the program covers a significant share of the city's operator base. The event runs through the end of July. Per the organizers' Instagram, businesses still looking to join the current program can inquire through that channel.
