Chris and Kim Shin are opening Broward County's first Paris Baguette today, August 19, at 3326 N. University Drive, Coral Springs — inside the Cornerstone center on University Drive. The husband-and-wife team's menu spans fresh-baked breads, pastries, cakes, and café-style drinks, all produced in-house daily, per the operator's Instagram.
The Coral Springs location is the chain's debut in Broward County. Paris Baguette, which the operator describes as one of the fastest-growing bakery café concepts in the country, is Korean-founded and had no prior Broward presence before today's opening.
The menu is built around daily in-house production: breads and pastries baked on-site, cakes, and café beverages. The Shins are operating the Cornerstone address directly.
For Broward, the University Drive location serves as the county's entry point into a chain the operator says is in national growth. The opening announcement does not address plans for additional South Florida locations.
