Amal Lebanese is coming to Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, marking the concept's first Broward County location. The restaurant, which has built an international following around Lebanese mezze, grilled meats, and fresh seafood, is targeting a fall 2026 opening at 500 E Las Olas Blvd, brought to the market by Ink Entertainment Group — the hospitality company behind Byblos — and following the brand's established Miami location.

The move positions Amal inside one of South Florida's most competitive restaurant corridors, where national and international operators have increasingly targeted the stretch of Las Olas between Andrews Avenue and the Intracoastal. The boulevard already supports a dense lineup of full-service dining, and Amal arrives as a higher-end entry anchored by a shareable-plates format and a cocktail program.

According to the operator, the concept is known for its interiors as much as its menu — a combination that has driven its profile in markets from Miami to overseas. The Las Olas location extends the brand's South Florida presence north into Broward County.

The Fort Lauderdale kitchen will be led by executive chef Wissam Baki, who brings more than 15 years of experience — including time at the InterContinental in Beirut — and is known for modern interpretations of Middle Eastern classics built on bold spices, fresh herbs, and locally sourced ingredients.

Las Olas has attracted a string of concept arrivals over the past several years as downtown Fort Lauderdale's residential base has thickened and visitor traffic has held steady. A Lebanese restaurant with an established international reputation — and a design-forward reputation at that — fits the corridor's current appetite for operators who can draw both locals and hotel guests from nearby properties along the beach and the New River.

Additional details on the dining room and menu are expected as the 500 E Las Olas Blvd project advances toward buildout ahead of its fall 2026 debut.
