The brand built its following in New York on a French-style ice cream program — a denser preparation made with egg yolks, distinct from conventional American styles. Per the operator, the NORA District location brings that format to what it describes as a "colorful, premium scoop-shop experience."

The address places Van Leeuwen inside a district the operator's Instagram characterizes as "one of West Palm's fastest-growing neighborhoods." No hours, square footage, or additional operational details were available from the operator at time of publication.
