Newgard Group has secured a site at 2500 N. Florida Mango Road in West Palm Beach for $10.5 million, where the developer plans to build Palm Beach Auto Haus — a two-story private automotive club built around 20 individually owned garage studios.
Announced via the developer's Instagram, the project layers social and professional amenities around the automotive component: padel courts, coworking lounges, a café, and gym and wellness facilities. The 20 studios are designated owner-only, per the announcement — access is limited to those who hold a studio unit.
Newgard says West Palm Beach will be the first location for the Auto Haus concept. The announcement offered no design team, general contractor, or opening timeline, placing the project in its earliest public phase.
With $10.5 million committed to land and West Palm Beach identified as the debut market, watch for studio pricing and a construction timeline as the project moves through permitting. Whether Newgard pursues additional markets will follow from how this first installation performs.
