The Recovery Spa anchors the club's wellness side alongside a heat-and-cold contrast circuit. The pairing is the defining premise: not a racquet club with spa services added on, but a facility where athletic programming and recovery infrastructure are built as a single offering from the outset. That model — courts and recovery under the same roof — reflects where private club development has been moving across South Florida and beyond, with wellness amenities functioning as a core membership driver rather than an accessory.
The pre-opening numbers signal early traction. The operator's Early Access membership tier sold out in August, and 100 founding members have already committed to Court Club. That sequence puts the club past its pre-sales phase roughly seven months before the announced opening window.
NDT Development's involvement gives the project a legible development context. The firm's Nora District work established its footprint in West Palm's mixed-use and hospitality market, and Court Club represents the developer's move into the private club segment. A street address for the site was not disclosed in the operator's announcement.
The program — racquet courts, resort-style pool, dining and a terrace bar, activity lawns, and a dedicated recovery spa — spans more territory than most single-sport club offerings in the region. How the operator structures general membership pricing above the founding tier, staffs the Recovery Spa, and runs its food-and-beverage component were not addressed in the launch announcement.
With Early Access closed and 100 committed members in place, the next development markers are a permit filing and a site address that would confirm the construction calendar behind the March 2027 target.
