Maman's format at the new location is expected to follow the program the brand has deployed across its existing portfolio. Per the Instagram announcement, the menu will include fresh pastries, artisan coffee, and brunch plates. The brand's Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookie — a consistent anchor of its in-store merchandising and a recurring presence in its marketing across markets — is specifically named as part of the Delray Beach offering. No seat count, build-out specifications, or interior design credits for the Sundy Village unit have been shared.

Marshall and Sormonte opened the original Maman in New York City in 2014 — the name drawn from the French word for "mom" — and built the brand around a format that blended pastry-forward café culture with an all-day brunch program.
