Estate Companies has announced plans for Soleste Palm Station Two, a 15-story, 310-unit apartment tower near the Brightline station in Downtown West Palm Beach. The site was acquired for $13 million, per the company's Instagram announcement. No construction timeline or delivery window has been disclosed.
The project allocates 84 of its 310 units to micro-apartments — studios starting at 377 square feet, with micro-units extending up to 465 square feet. One- and two-bedroom apartments round out the mix, giving the building a unit range wide enough to serve both the solo renter trading square footage for rail access and the household that needs more space but wants the same corridor. The 84 micro-units represent just over a quarter of the total count, a share that reflects the economics of delivering new construction in a market where per-unit land costs have tracked upward alongside Downtown West Palm's residential build-out.
The amenity program is scaled to the density: 8,200 square feet of indoor amenity space and a 2,200-square-foot rooftop lounge. No architect or design team has been named in the announcement.
The $13 million site acquisition is the project's most concrete figure ahead of permitting. Paired with the 15-story, 310-unit scope, it reflects what Estate Companies is willing to commit to the Brightline-adjacent corridor before a shovel goes in the ground. Per the announcement, the rationale is explicit: smaller units and transit proximity as the organizing thesis for new residential construction near the station.
What remains unspecified: a parcel address, an architect of record, any ground-floor commercial component, and a projected delivery window. Permitting filings, when they emerge, will clarify the building's footprint within the station area's block structure and whether Soleste Palm Station Two includes any street-level activation. The Brightline corridor in Downtown West Palm has drawn several large-scale residential projects in recent years, and this 310-unit addition extends that development queue heading into 2026 and beyond.
