Empire Steak House, the family-owned New York steakhouse group founded by the Sinanaj brothers, is preparing to open at 432 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, in the space that was CUT 432 Steakhouse. The company announced the move in a statement issued through PR Newswire on Thursday, October 23, 2026.
The announcement does not give an opening date. It lists the Delray Beach restaurant only as “Coming Soon.”
The group is led by co-founders Jeff, Jack and Russ Sinanaj, who began in the dining rooms of Peter Luger Steak House in Brooklyn, where the company says they spent years working as waiters before opening a steakhouse of their own. In the 21-plus years since, Empire Steak House has grown from its New York rooms into what the company describes as an internationally expanding brand, with operations and expansion activity in New York, Tokyo and Hawaii.
“Our family has dedicated over 21 years to building our restaurant business, but our passion for hospitality started long before that, during our years at Peter Luger in New York,” co-founder Jack Sinanaj said in the announcement. “Opening in Delray Beach is a proud moment for our family. We’re excited to bring the authentic New York steakhouse experience, exceptional quality, and personal hospitality that our guests have come to know and love.”
The Delray Beach restaurant will carry the group’s signature premium steaks, its porterhouse cuts, fresh seafood, fine wines and what the announcement calls traditional steakhouse hospitality. The company says the room will blend “the timeless sophistication of a classic New York steakhouse” with the coastal lifestyle of South Florida.
