Down the Rabbit Hole, the lounge-and-entertainment concept operating out of Pompano Beach, is expanding north with a Parisian-inspired café and lounge at 98 NW 5th Ave in Delray Beach. Per the operator's Instagram, the venue is planned to open in 2026.
The address places the new concept in the northwest quadrant of downtown Delray, a few blocks off Atlantic Avenue. The operator's post describes the space as a daytime café that transitions into an evening lounge — salads, wraps, small plates, and specialty coffee by day; live music programming by night. The menu framing skews plant-based throughout.
The source is a single Instagram post. No permit filings, signed lease details, square footage, kitchen lead, or design team have been made public. The 2026 opening window is the operator's own projection, not a confirmed date.
The existing Rabbit Hole in Pompano Beach positions itself in the lounge-and-gathering category on the Broward side of the county line. If Down the Rabbit Hole opens as described, it would be the brand's first Palm Beach County address.
NW 5th Avenue sits west of Swinton and outside the highest-foot-traffic stretch of the Atlantic Avenue corridor, which means the live music component will carry real weight in driving repeat evening visits. Whether the Parisian-café register translates to this block will become clearer once a buildout timeline and soft-open date are announced.
The operator has not released a preview event or firmer 2026 target beyond the year itself. Progress on the buildout will be the next signal to watch.
