Brenner Development Group is building Briskel Pointe, a 20-unit townhome community in Boca Harbour, with construction now officially underway, per the developer's Instagram. No delivery timeline or pricing has been announced.

Three floor plans range from roughly 1,845 to 3,193 square feet, and each unit includes a private pool and private outdoor space. The upper plan approaches single-family square footage — a spread that positions Briskel Pointe as an alternative to freestanding construction rather than a conventional attached-home product.

Interior finishes include Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking equipment as standard, alongside what Brenner describes as spa-inspired bathrooms. Taken together, the appliance package and finish language align the project with custom expectations rather than production-builder norms.

Brenner is marketing the community under a contemporary coastal design framework, with private tropical outdoor spaces as a central selling point in each unit. The 20-unit count keeps the project at a boutique scale — a format that has historically separated faster from slower-moving inventory in East Boca's tighter residential pockets.

No sales launch, pricing, or reservation details have been made public through the developer's initial announcement. A formal sales program and delivery window are expected as construction reaches later milestones.
