Tommy's Chophouse takes over the ground floor of the Kress Contemporary at 1622 E. 7th Avenue from restaurateur Kenneth Emery. The menu favors wagyu and underused cuts (hanger, shoulder filet) alongside the traditional cuts, plus a curated wine program and a long bar. The original U.S. Customs and Border Protection vault inside the building has been converted into a private dining room.
